I am an excellent cook, I don't do it often cause I hate cleaning up the mess, but when I cook it's good. My baking skills are merely adequate, nothing to be bragged about. Every attempt I've made since moving to CO to bake has been thwarted either by the altitude or power outages or other unpredictable variables.

Today, however, was a success... now the kitchen is full of dozens and dozens of yummy white chocolate and cranberry cookies to be packaged, tied up with pretty ribbon and distributed to the people in my day to day life who deserve Christmas cookies.

I'm glowing with triumph!
